Welcome to Zahra Perfumes. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Account & Eligibility
- You must be legally eligible to enter into a contract.
2. Product Info
- We aim for accuracy, but packaging, availability, or fragrance descriptions may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are in INR and include taxes.
- We may change prices, promotions, or product availability anytime before order acceptance.
4. Order Acceptance
- Your order is an offer. Acceptance occurs when we ship and confirm dispatch.
- We may cancel refunds/orders due to suspected fraud, technical issues, or stock shortages.
5. Payments
- We accept prepaid methods (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and COD where available.
- COD refunds (if applicable) are processed via UPI or bank transfer after QC, as per our Refund Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 6–8 business days post-QC.
8. Prohibited Activity
- Return fraud, like liquid substitution, is prohibited—return rejection, blacklisting, or legal action may follow.
- Harassment, misuse, or unlawful conduct will result in account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content—logos, text, images—is owned or licensed by Zahra Perfumes. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
10. Liability & Warranty
- Products are provided “as is,” except where required by law. Our liability is limited to the order value to the extent permitted.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Cochin, Kerala.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time—changes take effect upon posting.
