Thank you for choosing Zahra Perfumes. This policy outlines processing, delivery timelines, charges, and other shipping details.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Invalid address or payment issues can delay shipping.
  • During peak periods, processing may take up to 2 additional days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

2–4 business days
Non-Metro / Rest of India
3–7 business days
Remote / ODA Locations
5–10 business days

Note: These are estimates—delays due to external factors (e.g. courier, weather, festivals) may occur.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping fee: ₹40 inside Kerala and ₹60 outside Kerala (free on orders above ₹299).

4. Serviceability & Address

  • Ensure your delivery address and PIN are accurate and serviceable.
  • Inaccurate or unreachable information may lead to delays or returns.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking availability depends on courier upload times.

6. Delivery Attempts & RTO

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery 1–3 times. Please keep your phone available for updates.
  • Unclaimed or undelivered packages are returned to origin (RTO); reshipping may incur charges.

7. Damages, Leaks, or Wrong Items

  • Record an unboxing video showing intact seal and shipping label.
  • Report any issues within 24–48 hours of delivery with evidence.
  • We will assist with replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently: Disabled. To enable international shipping, contact support.
  • Import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and may delay delivery.

9. Cancellations

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible—please refer to our Refund Policy.
