Refund & Return Policy
At Zahra Perfumes, we strive to deliver authentic, sealed perfumes with great care. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of returns, please review the policy below.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging.
- Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
- Submit your return request within 24 hours of delivery via our website/app using your order details.
2) Quality Check & Verification
- All returns undergo a strict quality inspection once received at our facility.
- Any indication of tampering, dilution, or substitution (e.g., perfume replaced with water/other liquid) will result in rejection of the return and no refund.
3) Refund Process & Timelines
- Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): If approved, refunds are credited back to the
original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, net banking, etc.) within
6–8 business days after quality verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If approved, refunds are issued via
UPI transfer or direct bank transfer within
6–8 business days after quality verification. Customers must provide accurate
UPI ID or bank details (account number & IFSC). We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect details provided.
4) Damaged / Wrong Product on Delivery
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue and the shipping label.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
5) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used perfumes.
- Testers, samples, or items marked as Final Sale.
- Items returned without original packaging and seal.
6) Important Notes
- Refunds are processed only after the product passes inspection.
- Any fraudulent return attempt (including liquid substitution) will be rejected, and the customer may be blacklisted from future orders.
- Bank/payment-gateway partners may require additional time to reflect the credit once we process it.
